报道:陈怡安、侯泓宇 在家族餐厅当实习生,你会感到不自在还是更有动力?来听听Shashlik海南西餐厅第三代陈贻恩的实习初体验心得。 目前就读于华侨中学(高中部)一年级的陈贻恩(17岁)中学毕业后,没有在家享受假期,而是选择到Shashlik这间拥有35年历史的海南西餐厅当实习生。这是他人生中第一份工作,除了紧张也倍感压力,因为餐厅的老板就是他的爸爸。 “从开始都是挑战。虽然我从小就在餐厅长大,但一切还是要从头学起,每天工作超过十小时,有时候站到脚很酸,但还是要保持微笑。实习两个星期后,我已经可以独当一面,在顾客面前准备烈火阿拉斯加甜品了。”陈贻恩悠悠地说。但坐在一旁的爸爸陈忠坚(49岁)还是忍不住吐槽,“还好他没在烧甜品时把眉毛给烧掉。” Shashlik由陈贻恩的爷爷创办,自1986年成立以来一直坐落于远东广场。陈贻恩不到一岁的时候就来到餐厅,并且在这里庆祝过无数个的生日。餐厅也成了他放学后的学习场所。这里每个角落都有着他和爷爷、父亲和家人的回忆,是他成长的地方。 成长的回忆虽然餐厅的员工都看着他长大,身为老板的儿子陈贻恩在餐厅打假期工也不会觉得尴尬。反之浓厚的熟悉感,让他工作起来很舒服,更得心应手。也因为到餐厅帮忙后,陈贻恩更能体恤父亲工作的辛苦。 他说:“以前有时候会埋怨,父亲太忙没时间陪家人。但现在能够慢慢理解运营一家餐厅并不是那么容易的。” 传承与未来假期结束,陈贻恩两个星期的实习日子也结束了。他表示自己拿到第一份薪水很激动,同时也有些不舍。因为餐厅就是他的家,他也很希望可以把餐厅传承下去,让更多人品尝到海南西餐的好滋味。 在心系家族生意的同时,陈贻恩也不排除往音乐和美术领域发展的可能性。他从七岁就开始学习小提琴,希望以后进大学能够持续朝音乐道路进修。 陈忠坚也十分支持儿子的意愿,笑着表示说不定以后学成归来还可以在餐厅伴奏。 从父亲对孩子的调侃中可以看出,Shashlik已不再只是一家餐厅。它见证了三代人成长的过程,它承载着海南人对美食的一份执着。 Source: 实习让我更懂爸 https://zbschools.sg/news/local/stories-17880
